Citizenship applicants must have the following documents:

  • Original Green Card

  • Two passport size pictures

  • State ID/ Driver’s license

  • Trip you make out of U.S. : Departure date, Month, Year and the date you get back, Month & Year. Total days spent outside the US.

  • Mother’s full name and Date of Birth / If He/ She is citizen/

  • Father’s Full Name and Date of Birth / If He/ She is citizen/

  • Last five years address : move in and move out date /Month/ Year

  • Last five years Employment information …… Employer Name, from ------ to---- and Position

  • Children Information: Full Name and Date of Birth / Green Card …

  • $ 725 Application fee , or the fee can be waived if you have  DSHS letter latest copy

  • Marriage certificate /If married/

  • Divorce certificate/ If Divorced/

Documents to Prepare for Green card: I-485

  • Photographs - You must submit two recent identical color passport-style photographs of yourself and the families you are applying for.

  • Report of Medical Examination and Vaccination Record (Form I-693)

  • Government-Issued Identity Document with Photograph / ID/

  • I-94 document which shows a refugee or Asylee status

  • Marriage Certificate and Other Proof of Relationship/ If there is one/

  • Children’s Birth Certificate showing both parents name / not requirement for refugees.

  • Address where you currently living

  • Address you have been living before since you came to the U.S.

  • Address you lived outside the US for more than one year.

  • Information on all of your children , Name, Date of Birth, and Country of Birth

  • Money order $ 1,225
